The animation team at Positive Space Media ensure our work is of the highest standards by moving quickly, not rushing. Working with a team of college educated and industry leading animators. We use LarkSuite to establish a process of checks and balances.

When does my month start?
We work on 30 day blocks. Your 30 days starts when you pay. You can pause your plan at any time.

How do I communicate feedback/revision?
Simple changes are captured in writing. If bigger changes are needed, you can request time with a project lead or send feedback through LarkSuite or Google.

How do I know you won't delay the turnaround time?
We won't! The more great work we can deliver for you, the better!

I'm unhappy with work. How do I get a refund?
While you're welcome to cancel your subscription, we do not offer refunds. Request a cancellation at least 48 hours before your subscription renews.

Our team is made up of experienced animators, designers, writers, and producers with a diverse range of backgrounds in animation, film, and television. All of our Animators have bachelors degrees or higher in their respective areas of expertise.

We will share your videos via Google Drive and LarkSuite Cloud. Yourself and our team will have access to the portal containing all of your data.

What do you need to get started?
